I don’t have a problem with the 4-seed.. what I expected.
But the East Regions 1-4 seeds are these in terms of KenPom
1-seed: #1 UConn
2-seed: #5 Iowa State
3-seed: #10 Illinois
4-seed: #4 Auburn
How do you put three Top 5 KenPom teams in one region? That’s insanely unfair to UConn most of all.

It should be equal. Equally tough as all regions in theory.
One region has 3 of the Top 5 teams, per KenPom.
Another has just one in the Top 8. There should never be that much disparity.

After Friday, probably. UT lost the 1 seed by losing Friday. But Saturday/Sunday probably have no bearing.

The problem is no one knows what they care about. It's a joke full of bias and with zero reason or consistency. Just a bunch of jackasses throwing it at the wall with no accountability.

Agree, think quad one wins bring more weight than anything else with the committee and AU didn't have them..

Ok but what does that even mean? We have 30 and 40 point wins over a top 15 team that don't count as Quad 1. The whole thing is a joke. Also, a 15 point win over Miss St. who is 1 spot from being another quad 1. We have 26 wins by double digits lol.
