Maybe, but doing it on a play where there was no contact, and less than 3 minutes to go in the game wasn’t his best form.

There was contact with the hand and the back board. He clearly did it to try and fire up the team. No issue with it

Knecht is the best player I’ve seen all year. He is almost impossible to defend coming off the screen with that quick high release. He is better than advertised.

The T cost one point. UT already had possession, and didn’t score after the technicals. Knect only made 1 of the free throws.
If you want to go after Bruce, at least blame the zone defensive calls while up 8. Knect got in rhythm and torched Auburn for 25 of his 39 from that point forward.
Some coaching decisions don’t work out. UT was already in double bonus and Bruce was trying to save some fouls. It didn’t work.

Great game, Auburn. That was some of the worst officiating in a game, but both teams played through it and played hard. Broome is a beast.

Knecht and Broome on the same floor was a treat for anyone watching the game tonight regardless of who you root for. Knecht is going to end up being the best player at Tennessee that I've watched in my lifetime.

I knew Knecht could shoot but his ability to put the ball on the floor and take it to the rack is way underrated. He is a complete player. Makes you wonder how the P5 teams missed on him coming out of high school.

He was like 5’11. I think that’s the best part of his game. He’s got freaky body control and can adjust his body and the ball well after jumping.
