Is Rod and Paula's bad person still in prison?

Hope he is there for life but know that is not likely the case.

I found an early January news article that says a judge revoked his bond after being charged for child porn and trying to falsify a drug test. So yeah, I think he’ll be in for a while. Just a waste of a human being - no reason for that fricker to have been born.

He was originally charged with 6 counts of child pornography but his plea deal is for 3 counts. Not sure if he has been sentenced yet. He deserves to rot in prison.

He went to be sentenced Jan 3 but the judge postponed his sentencing because he, the murderer, answered some questions on paperwork like he was “forced/coerced” and that he was “being promised something” in return for his plea when he wasn’t promised anything. The judge became very angry with his attorney, Walter Northcutt, as you can see in the link.

Isn’t he part of the J&M family? Their business seems to be down and both owners are looking aged last time I went in.
No doubt there is lots of politics going on since this first happened.

I believe he is a grandson of one of the namesakes, I don't remember which one. I think his mother is the daughter of one of the two.
I remember the tv commercials when I was a student. I think it was Trey Johnston that would growl at the end of them.
