PETA has the be the biggest group of morons on the planet.
“We’re hoping his passing reminds @UniversityOfGA just how irresponsible it is for them to be promoting unhealthy, breathing-impaired, flat-faced breeds like English Bulldogs.“

They're not wrong... and I don't love GA fans, but impossible to dislike bulldogs.

The difference between UGA 1 and 10 is insane and is a good example of how bad off the breed is. It’s like how Homer Simpson used to be the fattest dad on the block and now he’d just be an average dad.

They are not wrong in that the breed has been designed to meet certain characteristics which are not healthy. The issue is that it is one or multiple examples and if people quit doing that sort of breeding of animals there would be no interest in them at all and none would exist. I would bet IF the English and French bulldogs of the world had a vote in the matter they would almost unanimously support the idea of existing over not existing. If a person does not want to buy one don't. No one is trying to force it...but some folks do like the idea of being able to tell other people what they should and should not do. fricke em and feed em fish heads.
