Ole Miss possibly playing in a snow game in Michigan would be fun as hell to watch

Liberty lost their only offensive weapon.
USF? I’m not so sure there are gonna be 6 auto bids.
KSU, I would think Utah would be the front runner.
FSU lost every impactful def player.

So the SEC Champ, presumably with at least 3 of 4 wins against Clemson in Atlanta, Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Texas in Austin and Ole Miss in Oxford will be ranked #2 behind Ohio State who had Oregon and Penn State on the road, Michigan in Columbus and a patsy schedule the rest of the season? Seems about right. UGA will have had the best season in program history to be 10-2 going into SEC Title Game Week. Ohio State will have added Oregon to their normal cup cake schedule.

We all know they’ll do their best to load one quarter with SEC, then one half if the conference has more than 3 teams.

Liberty and South Florida being in a 12 team playoff is indicative of how the 12 team playoff is as bad an idea as any of the many others that have come down the pike. Liberty and South Florida are not playing the same game as Ole Miss and LSU. They may well win a first round game because they will have played nobody and will be healthy but the talent gap is massive between them and about 95% of the SEC and BIG10. If either played a SEC or BIG10 Schedule they'd be on par with UK or Rutgers at best.

Almost as bad as Liberty and South Florida being in. They will also be virtually unscathed physically compared to anyone in the SEC or BIG10.
