I think violent hip swivel was in tight with some timber farmers. Possibly about to marry into a wealthy family with lots of timber.
Then the hot daughter realized she didn't want to spend the rest of her life with a small dick dude.
Just a hypothesis. But something is up with all this hate.

It's in the teens here in Atlanta tonight. Only problem with extreme cold is I have a heat pump. Man, when it gets below 20 my house does not heat up. Luckily not too many days/nights like this.

7 degrees this morning. Heat pump needed help. Fired up my Mr. Buddy propane heater in the living room and set house thermostat to 66. Took about 20 minutes for heat pump to cycle off. Turned off propane heater soon after.

I don't see how northerners live like this. Just going outside is an entire production.

Yep. I installed a high SEER heat pump system last spring. Power bill all summer was phenomenal and house was cool as the other side of the pillow. I'm discovering the downside this week...it is not made for temps in the teens. This thing is on the struggle bus.

It has climbed to the freezing mark for the first time in awhile. Looks like it will be below freezing again at sundown.

My Sweetheart grew up in Maine and still has family there. We've gone up in summer and winter several times. Summer is great. Low 80s in the day with low humidity. They have a family compound on a lake with three cabins available for whoever is there. Goes down to high 50s, low 60s at night.
Winter is different. Snow from late November to April or May. Lots of it. But near Sunday River Ski resort and a family chalet there if we want to ski.

Made a 14 mile trip to Publix on Hwy 431 yesterday afternoon in my Ram 4WD. Took about 1/2 hour. Got the last 2 gallons of milk and the bread aisle was almost empty. Got a loaf of rye bread and a loaf of pumpernickel. Nothing much else left. The deli had some pastrami and genoa pepperoni so sandwiches for the rest of the week are covered.

No snow/ice in Thomas County, but it was 22 degrees with a wind chill that made it seem like it was 15 degrees. I ain’t mad….I can put on more clothes, but I can’t take more off unless someone wants to puke easily or unless I want to get put in the slammer.

The same Northerners drop like flies if the temps get above 85 with 90% humidity.
