This is where I’m at. I think this would be a great move for maintaining continuity and I’m really impressed with TRob as is.

Why is everyone excited about TRob as DC?

I'd like to hear why folks think he is great.

Saban made the following statement during his retirement interview with Rece Davis: "My role was a little different this year. I was more involved in the defense. I had to be more involved in the defense. That took a little bit more time. Put a little bit more stress on me."

I think it’s the best hire we could have made other than Smart or maybe Kiffin.

I wish he’d been more involved with the defense when Golding was here.

You recall when Charles Kelly left that a saftey coach wasn't hired. TRob had all the DB's. 2022 you had Nick working with the DB's as well as Kelly and Trob.

TRob has a position ready at Awbarn if we don’t want him.

Hopefully by him staying this year the less players on defense that might hit the portal.

Same with Freddie.

He might be great, but I don't get why so many people think so right now. I think we need to keep some recruiters, but I definitely want a good DC.

TRob and Roach should be retained for recruiting the South, absolutely essential and bring back Tosh from the West . Is he at Washington?

Excited? No. Understanding the necessity of keeping some of the more popular coaches as holdovers to make sure the roster doesn't disintegrate in the portal? Yes.
