Anything less than making the 12 team playoffs next season will be a disappointment.
I suggest you start coping now then.

You'll have to win an actual road game next season. More than one actually.
UGA making the playoffs next year is death and taxes level of certainty.

I hope next season goes by as fast as possible and I don't end up becoming an alcoholic.

That one made me chuckle too

A competent center
An edge rusher
A kick returner
And some better decision making from the QB

quote:Good choices. LSU will do all of those next season. Easily.
For me it’s:
1. The obvious one is Win more of the one score games
2. More strength and agility on the offensive line
3. A quarterback that can stay healthy and play the whole season
4. More speed from the receivers

A functional OL.
Stud WRs.
If we can have that, everything else will work itself out. We brought in some portal guys that should help - Tulane WR and top portal TE from ND. And we get back Bru McCoy and Squirrel should be able to return to the slot. D'onte Thornton will also return (he was just getting good when he was injured).
Defense lost the entire secondary to the portal but I'm not sure that wasn't the plan because we're talking about one of the worst secondaries in CFB. The young ones that played in the bowl game looked good but it was against IOWA's offense so not much can be drawn from it.
If the first 2 things are met we'll be ok. That will give us 22 type season - great offense and sketchy D. If the replacements on D are good then it will be even better.

Less suck... new QB & OL inbound, so fingers crossed.
Want to see CBMFP get his offense installed and rolling.

Leadership and desire from the players..what I saw at the end of this season was disgusting.

I wanna get the 12 seed in the playoff and steamroll our way to another national title. Just to show the 4 team format was always dog shite.

A defense that’s half as good as the offense
