Schedule next year/Milroe's progression

@ Wisconsin (improved) - year 2 Fickell; will be improved. Outlook 8-9 wins.

Georgia (improved) - Key pieces return. Talent everywhere. Outlook: Minimum 10 wins.

@Tennessee (improved) - better QB play, maybe slight regression on D. Similar outlook leaning towards improvement; very tough in Knoxville. Outlook: 8-9 wins.

Mizzou (similar) - return key players from 11-2 squad. Pre-season Top 10. They are good. Outlook: 9-10 wins.

@LSU (similar) - year 3 Kelly; better on D, slight regression on O. Nussmeier 31-45 for 395 in the bowl (assuming he's the heir). They will be good, and tough in BR. Outlook: 9-10 wins.

@Oklahoma (similar) - year 3 Venables; Jackson Arnold taking over at QB, struggled against Arizona. But OU will be good; tough in Norman. Outlook: 8 wins.

Auburn (improved) - Year 2 Freeze they'll be slightly better. Outlook: 7-8 wins.

That is a rather brutal slate. Yes, we'll be favored in most of those games, but those are all I would say "good" team teams (assuming Auburn makes progress in year 2).

For Bama, the defense will be about the same as it was this year, maybe slightly improved. The running game should be improved and more explosive. Receivers probably slightly improved.

But Milroe's progress this Spring will dictate what kind of season we have next year. If he's a similar player to the player he was this year we are in trouble (imo). Most of those teams will be similar or improved next year, and Alabama's progression from 2023 to 2024 imo is directly tied to Milroe's progression as a QB.
