You don’t see QB play like that in college ball too often.

Should have won the Heisman. He’s done that all year long

The footwork is as impressive as his arm. Dude just casually sidesteps sacks and throws lasers.

I haven’t watched him play and wondered what all the hub bub was about him. He’s the best qb, at least in this game, I’ve seen in the bowls. I’m pulling for him and his team to win it all…

It's almost like a player that's had twice as much time in CFB than the opposing QB. Not taking anything away from Penix, but no way he performs like this 3 seasons ago.

Bro, he and his team beat Texas fair and square. There is no need to slur him with a fictitious, childish, nickname.

Exactly why all awards should be decided after all the games are played.

Both had very good seasons, but if Penix plays out of his mind and wins the NC that should put him over JD imo

He was throwing everything well. Receivers made some nice catches over the shoulder against very good coverage a few times.

Penix was flat balling.

Penix was dropping dimes last night - he also has some stud WRs that were making every catch imaginable.

Watched them play Oregon both times and came away super impressed by his leadership, accuracy and football IQ. Reminds me of Stroud in some ways.

I didn’t know much about Washington or Penix. I do know y’all’s defense has been good and especially the D line play has been good.

Washington protected well, Penix had fantastic mobility, but his accuracy was so very impressive. He was surgical against a very good defense.

Had he not been on the west coast he might have won the Heisman, if last night was his norm.

One of the finest QB performances I can remember watching. UW honestly should have let him throw it 60 times. I get they were trying to keep the defense honest with the run game, but Penix was in another realm.

He's good, watched a couple of their games this year. Too bad my cowboys have no shot at him.

Penix is really good. NFL Calber. UW also has the best receiving corps in the country.

Why they constantly get disrespected by the media is a mystery…

Still can't believe he didn't win the Heisman. Dude was insane last night.

Still only averaged 0.4yds per carry, LOLOLOLOL, for the 2023 season. Last night was just the 4th time he finished a game with positive yards.
