Thank God we got to play bama at the end of the season instead of Maryland. No way we pull that recruiting class after getting smoked by a much better team.

Without a Cam Newton or Nick Marshall level QB, Auburn will always be 8-4 to 6-6 caliber team that will slip up and beat Bama in a surprise win every now and then.
If a HC at Auburn went 7-5 every year, but beat Bama over half the time, they could coach at Auburn until they die. It’s all Yella Fella & the other PTB really care about.
