Former Heavyweight Champ loses on decision. For the record, I love Wilder’s straight and think it’s one of the deadliest punches in history. But he got outboxed! No trolling here. But I think Wilder is done as much as I respect him.

If e allow Mizzou Big12 wrestling, this is fair game. Well played.

Post fight he mentioned his Ayahuasca trip. Giving off Aaron Rodgers vibes. I wasn't expecting him to lose every round like that.

Unfortunately he has always relied on just the big punch. Kind of like Tyson when he started to fight guys that could actually box he got whipped.

You haven't studied a ton of Tyson, then. Homeboy could MOVE.

I love Wilder and that right hand is a menace, but it appears he's on the back side of his career. When that career includes being heavyweight champion of the world and making millions of dollars, though... well, that's a pretty good ride.

Wilder has always been a one trick pony. And he fights so predictable now. Jab, try to end it with his right. When he starts getting frustrated with that, he follows that 1-2 with a left hook. That's his entire gameplan and if anyone fighting him puts any amount of study into staying away from his right, they can beat him.
Wilder is done.
Wilder is done.

Wilder has never been a good “boxer” there have been multiple fights he was losing on the cards and then KOd his opponent. Looks like age has taken some power out of that right hand

I’m about to tell err’buddy Im old af without telling err’buddy I’m old af.
Several things happened that made Tyson less effective later in his career, but boxing chops were not one of his problems until Don King got in his ear and he dropped Kevin Rooney as trainer.
89’-93’ Holyfield didn’t want anything to do with prime Tyson. After prison Tyson was never the same fighter.
Then…the game changed. 6-6 giants weighing 250 and above entered the fray (still think there should be a super heavyweight classification for these guys)
This changed the heavyweight division.
If guys at 126 want rehydration clauses and catch-weights when they fight a guy at 130 to avoid being “weight-bullied”, then why does it make sense for a traditional heavyweight to be expected to fight guys who are 6 to 10 inches taller and outweigh them by 20-50 lbs?
Bottom line, pre-Don King Tyson was the greatest boxing machine ever assembled at the classic Heavyweight size.
He made some bad life choices, bad business choices, did some time and got old. During this time, the game changed.

Wilder did give Parker his props post-fight. Said Parker did a great job and he was making no excuses. I think he’s a good dude and really wanted that 2 fight deal with AJ for the payday and to ride off into the sunset. I think dude wants to be as healthy as possible so he can enjoy retirement with his kids.
All that is just speculation on my part of course, just the vibe I’ve always gotten from him. Just wish he had broken off from PBC years ago.

Parker is a sparing partner of Fury. They came up with the simple and winning strategy if you read the notes:
Avoid the right hand of Wilder at all cost (don’t even let him throw it) and you win.
It think Wilder should retire now as well.

Damn, those blows. Ouch.
Nothing like heavyweight boxing. Brutality and control.
I agree. I think Wilder is past his prime. Hopefully, he has prepped for it.

Excuse me, I think you’re referring to the true undisputed heavyweight champion, Charlie Zelenoff. He def beat Wilder on points in the gym fight. Landed a clean stomach shot.
The Challenge, and The Fight

This is true, Tyson was so good it was scary. Like his famous quote “everyone has a plan (to beat him) until they get hit in the face”
