Sooooooo he'll have to try and beat saban in tuscaloosa.

Auburn is 1-7 against Saban in Tuscaloosa.

It took a "generational talent" to pull off that one win by a single point, too.

I think Saban will be just fine.

Keep telling yourself that. Everyone but Bama fans see what’s coming.

Perpetual mediocrity for Auburn? Again, congrats on getting back to 8 wins a season again, with the occasional 9 win season.

Serious grown-up question; How many times from how many teams have BAMA fans heard this?

You do know Saban is 72 years old, right?

He's going to retire in the near future regardless of what Freeze does at Auburn.

He literally had him this year with the exception of a muffed punt by backup

Eventually this will be correct when you keep saying this every year

Impossible claim.
Well whatever you want to call the 1st and 3rd overall picks playing meaningless bowl games and having little to no players ever opting out. Alabama does that better than any program in the country.

Oh, brother.

Alabama will always recruit well under Nick Saban, but the NIL has definitely brought more parity throughout college football recruiting. I imagine on-field results will follow in the upcoming years.

Read the thread. It’s full of trolling.

We have people in here calling Auburn, “TAMU 2.0” because Auburn is utilizing NIL and quality recruiting to take players away from Alabama, TAMU, Florida, Ohio State, Georgia, etc

What?

Everyone is dealing with NIL. The good and the bad. Alabama is the strongest team culture in college football under Saban. How is this even arguable? It’s always been that way. Y’all bitch about juniors coming back who shouldn’t. Alabama doesn’t have opt outs. fricking top picks in the draft play meaningless bowl games.

I’m an era where loyalty is slipping, and kids are hired guns, Alabama has a VERY strong culture that allows them to stay at or near the top of CFB relying almost exclusively on high school recruits.

That is a massive positive and leg up.

Are y’all just trolling page after page?

We ain’t LSU bro. We don’t do this every year. Like I said you know it and we know it’s coming. Sorry for the warning. We will all Just shut up now that y’all’s feelings are hurt.

Just keep telling yourself we are in the playoffs nothing to worry about blah blah blah. As we flip player after player from you. By ‘25 and ‘26 you’ll be saying what happened

It is not even halfway egregious to suggest Auburn is doing just that.

What am I missing here?

How do we measure this? So culture is about having the most talented roster by purchasing Dodge challengers with full upgrades of rims tires and such before it was legal to do so and with loads of cash to top it off.

Everyone knows Mark Emmert wasn’t going to go after his BFF Saban. It’s a new day.

Calling someone TAMU 2.0 because of successful recruiting indicates fear.

People are quick to forget that Auburn didn’t always recruit terribly like they did under Bryan Harsin.

By observing opt out trends, viewing the actions of top picks in the draft before they leave school, the amount of HS talent retention, and just the overall vibes of the program from players as they stay and leave.

Are you telling me you cannot determine if LSU or Alabama has the stronger football culture?
