Two young and very good coordinators being extended is absolutely massive news. Both Baker and Moore are future stars in the coaching business and one of the biggest compliments we get is our coaching staff. Locking them down is the best news we’ve got this off-season in an off-season full of great news by our standards.

Coaching stability is HUGE in this college football climate full of instability.

Missouri is shaping up to be very good next season. This will be the highest preseason expectations of any Mizzou team since joining the conference. They really should make the playoffs barring any major injuries or surprise transfers

An easier than normal schedule doesn't hurt either.

I think your response is indicative of your overall knowledge of college football.

Kirby is the brother of Kellen Moore and has led high profile offenses at every stop he’s been at so far.

Blake Baker is very well known in the South and someone LSU fans absolutely loved.

Big win here for Mizzou.

Blake Baker has a sense of humor too announcing he's staying with a movie clip and actor Drink gets mocked with. Brilliant!

Baker was tied to some HC openings (Tulane in particular) and was recently a name floated for Texas A&M DC position.

Moore was recently tied to multiple OC openings including Notre Dame.

Keeping them both around for another year is huge.

Barring injuries and unforeseen events on and off the field, Mizzou, in this new world of NIL and the portal and the 12 team CFP, has an opportunity to do legendary things.
