Alabama recruits nationally and you are getting the Tony Mitchell treatment from Williams.

False. Chris Woods went 1st round in 1984, which is weird because that was the wishbone/ Bo Jackson years.
Since '84, AU has not had a 1st rounder, but numerous 2nd and 3rd rounders. (Alexander Wright missed the 1st round by one spot).
All of this is because AU hasn't recruited well at WR quite frankly, probably because AU has always been a RB school. Even Gus was a run first guy.
But that seems to be changing with Freeze.
