What if?... Alabama lost Iron Bown but beat Georgia

A 10-2 Conference Champion Alabama.
A 11-1 Conference Runner Up Georgia.
Selection Committee:
1. Michigan (B1G Champion)
2. Washington (Pac-1X Champion)
3. Texas (Big XII Champion)
4. ???
Who is "Most Deserving/Best Team"?
Georgia (Losers of SEC Championship)
Florida State (Undefeated ACC Champion)
Alabama (2-Loss SEC Champion)
If you think Georgia is better than Florida State & Alabama in that scenario, does it not follow that Alabama deserves #4 in the real world?
If you think Florida State is the rightful #4 in that scenario, and would beat both Alabama & Georgia on a neutral field just say so.

Georgia would've been in. The one thing the committee has always been consistent on is not choosing teams with 2 losses

Yes.
Seriously though, if you watched the turd of an ACC Championship last night, would you feel comfortable leaving out Georgia? Keep in mind last year, TCU still made the cut despite losing their conference and got absolutely obliterated by Georgia.
