I bet more Heisman invitee quarterbacks have been transfers than not over the past few years

But, please don't think we will see 4 and 5 year QBs regularly make such a leap.

I actually think it will become more common since transferring is free now and some of these guys just need the right coach + team to put up a big year.

You also thought Van Dyke was better than Bryce Young, sooo it's possible you're not the best evaluator of talent.

Next you’re gonna hold it against him that he predicted that we would lose to Ole Miss, Texas A&M, Tennessee, and LSU if Milroe was the QB

Bryce will soon be the biggest QB bust in Bama history. Van Dyke will have a longer NFL career than Bryce.

Peyton Thorne will have a longer NFL career than Caleb Williams.

See, the rest of us can say absurd things with confidence, too.

What I said is Bryce misses wide open guys because he can't see them, he's afraid to run and he has a noodle arm. I also said Stroud was a better QB when they were in college. I've been vindicated.

I said Bryce wasn't an all-time great QB when he was at Bama. So why would I be impressed with Milroe?

Compare Milroe's stats in his first year starting in the SEC with Burrow's and Daniels' stats from their first years in the SEC.

Milroe's stats are better pretty much across the board

Because he has substantially improved on most of the valid criticisms against him from the 2022 Texas A&M game and the early 2023 season

Most of our studs come out of NOLA, BR, Shreveport, Monroe, tRiver Parishes, Houston, Miami

Then a couple dudes from Youngsville and Walker come in and dominate

I don’t know. I think that extra time really helps. I expect Milroe to continue improving his passing and be hell to deal with next year. Obviously gave us more than enough fits this year

I haven’t been here that long, but you definitely said more than once Bama would lose at least 4 games if Milroe was the quarterback. I saw it

Jarvis and Odell are from NOLA.

I know Jarvis played for Lutcher but that's right smack dab in the middle between Nola And BR.

If I said that I was wrong. I'm human. I know I said the SEC West was garbage last season and LSU wasn't a good team. I've continued to be as critical of the SEC West this season and I think Bama is feasting on a terrible division.

There you go. No shame in being wrong, but that’s the first time you’ve admitted it. Now if only you could just admit that Milroe has exceeded your expectations?

I don't read stats. I watch the games. I know what I see. And, as of now, Milroe is a severely limited QB. You all want all Bama fans to agree on Milroe because you're insecure.

Not sure what you’re watching, but I’ve watched Milroe at times carry this offense. He’s not your prototypical NFL ready and polished quarterback, But the guy just keeps making plays and he’s the best athlete on the field. Preseason I had similar thoughts about him that you have, but my eyes tell me I was wrong. You’re obviously blinded by pride
