6 great games. Also a pretty tough schedule. Hope this is what it's like going forward, with all these awesome games each week.

UGA will have a tough one. I’m really eager for them to release the dates so I can plan the trip to Austin.

Tennessee

@Georgia, @Oklahoma, Alabama

Good lord. When does the 2025 schedule come out? If there isn’t our bye week somewhere in there, we may not be able to field a team by the end of that stretch.

Given that Texas/Texas A&M is guaranteed to be the season-ender, I have a strong suspicion that LSU v Oklahoma could be the season-ender for those two teams, as OU loses its end of season Bedlam game.

Hopefully it's LSU-Arkansas again and they give Missouri to Oklahoma for the final week

Context my man, context. OU was supposed to be @GA as an OOC game on the return leg of the Canx GA home game this year. On that short notice its impossible to find a quality replacement game.

Since GA/OU was canx in 23/24 here is future OOC big game the 2 years after:

2025: 09/06 - Michigan
2026: 09/12 - at Michigan

We always played a top quality team every year but the moving to SEC messed up our home/away with GA. And now with OU mich better than most thought we were likely robbed of a great GA @OU game in Sep.

This is false.

The OU/UGA game had the return trip in 2031. Not sure why it was such a huge gap, but it was.

OU was supposed to play Tennessee in 2024.

I stand corrected. But correct on playing a quality OOC team every year and only the moving stopped it this and next year.

It's also just one P5 opponent. UGA and LSU play 2. UF plays 3 if you count UCF as P5.

Texas plays a team that was in the playoffs the last couple of seasons (as opposed to a traditional 8-9 win team like Wisconsin).

@Wisky is a solid OOC game. But it's not a "game of the week" type game (like Texas/Michigan would be), and it's the only P5 game on Bama's schedule.

Bama's schedule is about to jump to 2 P5 teams much more often. But next season it's mid range, not excellent.

He literally included @Vanderbilt in his post and none of the rest are road games which was what his post was about. Bunch of fricking idiots on this board.

I'm jealous.

It is one of 3 road trips that I want on the schedule.
