I'd love to see it. The NCAA is a joke but Michigan deserves to be destroyed inside and out by sanctions simply based on their OOC schedules the last couple of years. They play no one. It's absurd. 9-8 weeks in and they still haven't played a decent football team.
The committee needs to send a message on Nov 1. They shouldn't be in the top 2. If this was the CBB committee then that'd be the case but the CFP committee only looks at records, unfortunately.

Honest question here. Is what's going on in this video actually illegal? Or is this as an additional evidence to filming and other underhanded crap they've been doing?

Maybe it’s just me but if the opponent is that obvious with the signals and signs where they can look across and figure it out, then I see no issue with this. It could just as easily backfire if they changed up the signals

The point is they have been sending some analyst to their opponents’ games, sitting him near their sideline, and have him film all their signals so they can study them. THAT is the problem and it’s why this video is so damning. It isn’t one coach who stole the signs mid-game. It’s every damn person on the sideline jumping up and down as soon as the opposing signal is given. They have obviously studied them ahead of time.

The video was illustrating that they have been doing in person scouting of other teams and stealing their offensive signals. The video is illustrating how Michigan DC and others were intently watching OSU's sideline offensive signals and then made their Defensive signal based on that.
They weren't watching to see any offensive adjustments on the field, but staring straight across at PSU's sideline.

It would certainly explain how the guy who got blown out by Mullen and blew a 19 point 4th quarter lead to Will Muschamp all of sudden turned things around.
