I will say that the Georgia-OSU game was one of the most riveting exciting games I ever saw. I do believe, however if Marvin Harrison jr (Who I think is the best player in CFB) had been in the game in the 4th qtr. OSU probably wins. He didn't have any receptions in the 3rd quarter because others were scoring TD's, after getting over 100 yards in the 1st half. JMO

And if Nolan smith weren’t out the whole game maybe Stroud wouldn’t have time to throw those td’s ?

But we are talking about what was and was not said last season by Georgia and Alabama fans. Genius.
quote:Then why are you pointing fingers at Georgia? Are you dense, or what? We have always said injuries matter. Our argument has always been that Alabama wants to claim their injuries matter and all of the Georgia players that were missing did not matter.
I literally said in the post you responded to that it matters big guy. Any more dumbassery you’d like me to respond to?
Seriously? Are you this bad at critical thinking or you just struggle to follow a conversation?
ETA
Here. Let me help you out a bit.
You said: When it happens, your previous stance that Kirby should have another guy ready to replace your leading receiving threat applies. Sucks when it is your team, huh?
Our stance has always been that we had a ton of people missing, too, in 2021. I keep saying that and you keep trying to change the narrative.

Any Georgia loss while Brock Bowers is out is immediately invalidated because our best receiver was hurt.
Now take away your other top receiver and three starters on Defense and your comparison will be the same as Bama.

I am in the thread talking about UGA’s response to Bower’s injury and the UGA fan who brought up Bama and OSU fans as a coping mechanism. Maybe you’d like to join that conversation. At least 5his explains your incoherence.
quote:
Then why are you pointing fingers at Georgia
Well, you see UGA fans are the ones who have said it doesn’t matter. I’m holding the pups to their standard. If all the Dawgs are on board with that, it’s all good with me.

Sweet, fancy Moses. The narrative was that Saban should have had backups ready, and that injuries are part of the game. Look at the original post. It jokingly calls for not counting losses without Bowers. Your first response in the thread is literally
quote:
Then we get the excuse win or lose just like you OSU and Bama num-nuts
You seem to be switching trains of thoughts like a drunken hobo.

Except it wasn’t the UGA narrative at the time Sorry no one can read your mind for what you meant, rather than what you said. Are you a woman by chance?
Edited: I actaulayy misrepresented something you said, my bad.

You mean Georgia fans response that hasn't happened yet? Yet the response we have gotten from Alabama fans still go on? Is that the responses you are talking about? Let me explain what he is saying. He is making fun of Alabama and Ohio State fans for their reactions and excuses. Too bad you don't understand sarcasm.
Did I really have to explain that to you? Really?
quote:And can you name a single issue that all the Alabama fans are on board with? Again, you want to hold Georgia fans to a standard and give Alabama fans a pass? Not really surprising.

quote:That's because it is the stance Alabama fans took. Oh. Wait. You didn't know this?
It jokingly calls for not counting losses without Bowers.
Are you always this obtuse, or just so desperate for a "gotcha!" you refuse to remember the garbage your fan base spewed forth?
quote:It was exactly the narrative at the time. Dude. I had to save a note to myself to remember all of the Georgia players we had missing so I didn't have to look it up. There were several Alabama fans that kept denying we were missing anybody of note.
Except it wasn’t the UGA narrative at the time Sorry no one can read your mind for what you meant, rather than what you said. Are you a woman by chance?
quote:I was wondering where that quote came from. No problem. I've done much worse.

When we played you we had two 1K yard receivers, both corners, starting OLB, starting center, and lost the best DL
during the game when you had your late success. When you have something like then you can compare.

It was 9.5 actually and went down to 5.5- y’all still couldn’t cover lmao. Against a team with literally no defense

Still waiting for the link...and even without it you admit it was not double digits?
Plus...who won the National Championship? Go troll somebody else. You lose.

The irony of a Georgia fan claiming someone else is making excuses is rich.
How many times did Alabama fans hear "the refs" or "we didn't game plan for Tua" or "we didn't game plan for Hurts" or "it was a COVID year" yadda yadda yadda?
It literally took Alabama losing not one but two of its three best offensive playmakers for UGA to finally score a victory over Bama one month after Bama blew them out for the second time in year.
But hey, a tainted victory is better than no victory at all, right?

The Najee Harris Canadian league head start not false start with Georgia winning on fourth and goal with the game on the line will go down as one of the most significant blown calls in CFP history.
If that's the most significant blown call in history, then check UGA's first touchdown play of that very same national championship game and watch your right tackle get a "Canadian League Head Start" before the ball was snapped that wasn't called.
That's why I could give two fricks about karma biting you in the arse later in the game with the very same no call.

AND lost to Texas A&M….
AND proceeded to beat four teams that beat A&M and also blow UGA out for the second time in a year. And maintained a lead for most of the rematch a month later, despite struggling to find the endzone, without two of their three best playmakers starting on offense. Yeah, it would've totally been a different game with Metchie and Williams. Just accept that.
Transitive property doesn't apply to CFB. But congrats on your first (illegitimate) victory over Alabama since the Bush administration. Too bad it'll forever be tainted.
