Hasn’t been here since like 2012. Love to have him but that ship has sailed.

No reason an NFL team couldn’t match whatever Bama would offer with the additional bonus of not having to recruit

Stoutland is the best OLC in the NFL where he just has to eval draft picks and free agents instead of recruiting in teenager's living rooms. He loves the coaching, hates the recruiting.

Is it a requirement that the OL coach has to recruit? Couldn't someone else be assigned to recruit, leaving him to just evaluate prospect's film?

Honestly, we have had such a crazy good run on assistant coaches. I definitely miss these three probably the most.

Speaking of Coaches.
I was curious and took a list of NFL coaches and a list of coaches around CFB. I was surprised by a few coaches....
Shaun Dion Hamilton is the Asst LB Coach for the Detroit Lions.
Shaud Williams is Assistant S&C for Oregon.
Rashad Johnson is a Defensive Assistant for Tampa Bay.
Vinnie Sunseri is the Running Back coach for the Patriots.
Nick Perry is an assistant on the Falcons.
Luke Del Rio is an QB/QC assistant for the Commanders.
