How does Texas keep Quinton Ewers and Arch Manning?

Ewers just beat Saban in his yard handily and is only a sophomore. There is no way Manning sits for 2 years if Ewers stays for the full 4 years.

Which one hits the portal?

I realize that which is why I qualified my question with "if" Ewers stays. He may make enough NIL bank to stay

Ewers will enter the draft. Arch is redshirting. So even if Ewers comes back, Arch will still have his Sophomore, Junior and Senior years to play. If he’s like his two uncles he won’t enter the draft early

Since this is posted by a Clemson fan.... I'm assuming you're shopping the wanted section for a QB.

Nope. As a fan of college football it's an interesting situation Clemson couldn't afford Manning even if they wanted him.

Either way, it's a topic for the MSB. But it's a losing battle.

Wow, without taking a snap, Manning went from being trash to can’t be held back. Love this board.

This is ewers last year.

The bigger question should be "Can Manning beat out Murphy next year".
If not he may bolt. We'll see.

No idea what the upcoming QB draft class looks like. He could stay another year and beat out Arch, transfer similar to Jalen, or just go to the draft. Too many unknowns.

Clemson wouldn't lower themselves into the sinful portal to get Manning even if they wanted him.

In my opinion they don't. Arch lost the 2nd string job and probably already contacted his new coach staff lol I personally wouldn't blame him. It's all about where you choose to play

It sure is. Which is why his family wanted him to redshirt and have Sark slowly develop.

Arch was listed as an "or" with Maalik Murphy on the Alabama depth chart for what it is worth.

QE will be a first round pick. Arch will win the starting job for next season and Maalik Murphy will transfer out. UF, or a school like them, needs to back up the Brinks truck for Maalik.
