I was expecting 30 tackles, lol, because it seemed like he was everywhere. He also had several quarterback hurries. Speed and size. He was really fun to watch.

His burst of speed was impressive for a man that size. He was in the backfield wrecking havoc all night long and it was glorious to see

He was great. I said in another thread he looks like best player on the team. Great in coverage and picking up the back going out for a pass. Great speed, physicality, and high motor.

Trust me I’mnot defending Harsin at all but Asante with dealing with a lot of personal issues last season.
Looked awesome. I think most agreed after game 1 that Asante and Nixon looked like the best combo of LBers.

Asante was dealing with a lot of personal stuff and yes I’m sure he wanted to play but by not playing maybe we are benefiting now. 1 game does not make a season nor a career. Keep it up young fella. I’m cheering for you.

Obviously that comment had to come from Harsin directly. Im sure she didn't care/know who was on the scout team and why. I can see him watching the game ending all bitter and mad, trying to justify his self.
