Yes sir we did - Good morning Fam! Still up here. God I am so happy we did NOT lose. If interested, here's CJW's post game presser. The more I think about how our D played, the more I believe that the entire unit took Ott's BB material to heart and took it personally. His mouth wrote some checks his and his team-mates asses couldn't cash. The shite he said wasn't just some faux outrage bs. It was arrogant, insulting, and Auburn's D was going to make him and his team regret those words, put some respect on Auburn's name and that is exactly what they did. AND knocked HIS bitch arse out of the game. Perfect. Karma is a bitch. I hope he catches shite from his teammates, coaches, friends, family, fellow students, errybody. God I would hate to be him this week. Punk arse. Love it.

2-0, here we go. A retooling and shite-tons of work to do this week for a tune up with Samford (no chance in hell for a jinx), then it's @A&M, and then UGA in JHS on 9/30 before a well deserved week off. Damn.
10/14 we are @LSU before hosting Ole Miss and MSU. Two road games at Vandy and Arky, then finishing at home against New Mexico St. and the Iron Bowl on 11/25.
We really, really NEEDED THIS DUB AND FOUND A WAY TO GET IT. That's all that matters, so smile and enjoy your day and have a great week. We have two weeks before the shite hits the fan. Buckle up - tough sledding and a wild ride ahead! Enjoy it!

Not just that stat, but we were out-statted in almost every important stat. Someone posted them in another thread. Cal's PK and Ott's big mouth royally screwed them. He went 1/3 last week and had an XP blocked. We got the holding penalty on his FG attempt that was good. Special teams made all the difference.

Gus and Harsin broke me and made me actually quit watching and caring. Had high hopes Freeze would change that, but not looking likely

Freeze doesn’t have much to work with. His job this year will be to keep the team together, win 5 to 7 games and recruit, recruit, recruit.
He is doing his job well.

The amount of people not really believing in Freeze at this point is wild. I figured a lot more people had bought in than this but it seems many are staying pat for now. He is only at game two. We got many more crossroads to go until we figure out what we got.

D, QB, WR are where I'd thought we be RN. I'm just a bit disappointed in the OL and running backs. Just thought we would be better than what they did last night.

We are still a broken and jaded fanbase. Harkins did things to our souls that demons can't even make up. You can't blame people for thinking what we saw last night was a continuation, even though we know we don't have a team that's 3 deep.
Sometimes a team needs a weird, tough fought win like that for them to gel as a team.
I'm happy they got out of Cali with a win. Thanks to Brother Hugh for getting that millstone off of our neck.
