1. Receivers + Niblack
All played well and were open consistently. 3-4 contested catches that also could have been interceptions. It’s nice to see them do well after hearing about all the drops in the scrimmages.

2. Will
Dude is going to have a long NFL career.

Defense seemed to tackle better and the offense seemed to get the play in on time

I thought as a whole they played well enough to win. Sark is going to “Sark” and out scheme everyone here and there. Turnovers and long drives killed them late.

Man, you know we’re down bad when our bright spots are a FG kicker and receivers who were running wide open with nobody capable of seeing them.

Too soon.

This loss was a national disgrace. I think we can still do something but there was nothing positive about tonight.

This was the worst case scenario

Defense only really fell apart after Bama’s first TD. They took a drive off and it costed us. Then Milroe threw the second pick, and the oxygen ran out.

One positive is tonight let me know I’ll be able to do a lot more fishing and hunting this fall without FOMO.

#2 on offense seems like a really good football player

Run defense was solid for the bulk of the game

Defense hits hard af

Effort was nice

Pass catchers are really good

While inconsistent, it looks like the secondary can be really good this year

It miiiiiight take a wizard of a play caller to expose the inconsistent parts of the defense

The bad was really bad, though. Genuinely 0 pressure on the QB. Terrible OL. Terrible snaps. Milroe doesn’t have the skill to play behind a line like this and the ridiculous INTs will most likely never stop.

Defense was good until they got so worn out from the offense constantly putting them back out there. And then they broke.

This game reminded me a lot of the 1st loss to Clemson

I believe the lack of consistent pressure by the front the last few years is a direct correlation to the fall off in the elite secondary play and the increase in the amount of grabbing and penalties. It's difficult to cover elite receivers. The defensive front is not quite the same caliber of athlete that we have had in the past. I know I'm not breaking any new ground here. Just thought I would put it out there. Still always behind these guys 100%!

I’m positive that Milroe can’t read a defense.

I ate a good steak tonight and thankfully didn’t spend the money to travel to Tuscaloosa.

I thought the defense played a solid game for a while, but they got tired and the offense surely didn't help motivate them.

We need to have one of these after every loss, kind of like Thanksgiving, when you go around the table and have everyone say one thing they are thankful for.

I’m positive we no longer have the staff to coach players to be competitive on an elite level.
