Imagine a highly ranked ACC team dropping a late season game to a 7 loss in conference foe.

Do you think we would sniff the top 5 the next year?

Probably would be ranked around the 15-25 range.

There's maybe two of those per year.

LSU lost that game due to depth and injuries, neither of which are in issue today. Why should that matter?

You know you are a shitty poster when other SEC fans defend LSU on THIS board.

You’d have to be pretty terrible to lose to an in conference ACC foe. This is the reason Clemson fans.

Stupid post. In 2017, Clemson lost to 4-8 Syracuse and still was #1 on selection day.

Imagine considering a 7 loss ACC team on par with a 7 loss SEC team

It's easy for me to imagine. Alabama, Georgia, and Clemson are always ranked on their history rather than current team.

It's a good way to sneak 'em in even when they play god awful schedules and drop games.

You wouldn’t or shouldn’t be. Your schedule is not an SEC schedule.
