No one and nothing on the face of the earth can help a person who doesn't want to do what's necessary to improve their life. This guy has been thru 3 programs that have every asset available to mankind to help people improve their lives and those 3 programs have tried everything possible. For whatever reason this guy is hardwired to self-destruct and that can't be fixed.
