I mean Mizzou could’ve and should’ve beaten us last year. We could easily lose to AU or UT imo. A lot is riding on Beck and he’s largely an unknown.
We already have injuries. More could pile up. I’m slightly worried about our ability to rush the passer without sending LBs. We are good and probably the best team in the country but we aren’t as good as the past two years imo at least not until I see it and definitely not unbeatable.
We have a new OC and while I expect the scheme to largely remain the same it’s still an unknown quantity, sorta, since he has been OC here before. More will be put on our WRs than the past two years imo and on paper they should have more than enough talent to handle it but I still want to see it translate before I crown us.

Missouri shut down our inside zone gameplan. We adjusted to counter plays and pin and pull and they couldn't stop our offense from there.
We finished the game running the football 8 times to the Mizzou 21 yard line when we took the victory formation.

I think uga fans should be worried that with the heat this year, that live mascot may croak on the sideline on national tv.

Gonna be a bunch of dog tears flowing this year when Georgia loses 2 - 3 games. You guys act like walking on the field equals a win.

I agree with you, and also this thread should know that ugasickem, the op, has been posting odd shite lately, unlike his normal self. Maybe off his meds, maybe getting a divorce, I don't know. But he has definitely been off. Something has changed with him. I have noticed it in multiple threads over the last month or so.

I wish Arkansas were in their shoes, however that train will continue to roll for the next few years... And they are a deserving bunch. Bama was arrogant for far too long, LSU will sneak up and get one every 4-5 years... TAMU with Bobby? not sure yet.

There’s a reason they play the games. On paper, nobody on UGA schedule is as talented.. but you don’t play on paper.
A key injury, a game you turn it over 5 or 6 times, a lackadaisical effort against an inferior opponent and anyone can lose.
There’s enough good players on any SEC team to beat you if you don’t show up some Saturday.
