I listen once in awhile. He does have amw good guests who discuss football. But what is with someone the regular callers? Jim, Squirrel, Iman, Legend etc., are these clowns indicative of the TYPICAL SEC FAN? My goodness, what an embarrassment.

It’s a bama jerkoff session

I don’t listen anymore, but I have in the past. I have to say there is not a bigger POS douchebag, blowhard, no self awareness asshat like the caller that calls himself Legend. That guy is a legend for sure, just not the way he sees it.

Paul is lazy, he lets train wreck (mostly bama) fans do all the work.

Some (most?) of them are paid, back in the day, some of them were even Paaaawwwwl's relatives. Anyone who grew up in Alabama with that beanhead Tahd worshiper knows the score, whether they want to admit it or not.
Cue all the Tahd fans now whining about "Paawwwll jes hates us!"

It's a bad TV version of a Birmingham radio call-in show.

That dude Legend always sounds like a complete idiot, that’s usually when I change channels

I have listened to this show only recently in terms of full broadcasts. Used to just listen to the actual professional media people and players he interviewed.
My take on the callers:
Jim from Tuscaloosa- Never talks sports. Always talks about how great of a caller he is. Extremely jealous of Legend who seems to be Pawl's favorite caller these days. I guess some like making fun of the dude. Only explanation for why Pawl give him a special number to call in. Bama fan.
Legend- Thinks of himself as a WWF type manager (Jim Cornette, Bobby the Brain Heenan, etc.) of Bama football. Goes on a tirade about how Bama is gonna kick everyone's arse with Paul holding the mic like Mean Gene Okerlund. Tosses out symbolic black hats to everyone he likes, whatever that's suppose to mean.
Iman- Tries to present himself as somewhat of an intellectual, but easily seen through. Auburn fan. Seems to want to upstage Legend's wrestling manager impersonation but mostly falls short.
AJ or AC or something like that. Caller from Bangladesh. Says "Thankyoufortakingmycallmr.finebaum" very quickly. Then goes on a nonsensical rant about something that almost seems stream of consciousness. Hangs up. Paul sighs, says he needs a drink and takes another call. Have no idea if he even knows it's a sports show.
Larry- retired police officer who seems to pour beer in an IV bag and has it directly deposited in his veins. Always sounds drunk. Funny at times. Bama fan.
Cat Daddy- S. Carolina fan. Not sure if this guy is even real, but says he owns a liquor store in SC. But one of my favorite callers. Unique voice.
Darryl from Georgia- Georgia fan and one of the worst callers on the show. Some claim Jim was a good caller at one time, but Jim is definitely the worst now and Darryl is a close second. Repeats things everyone knows and acts like he is a wealth of knowledge.
Squirrel- Bama fan. Good caller. Doesn't try to talk over Paul. Has some funny things to say about most of the idiots listed above.
Augie-LSU fan. Great caller. Usually has something interesting to talk about.
I'm sure there are other regulars, but haven't listened long enough to know them.

On my way home from work I listened to the F bomb show yesterday for the first in maybe a year or two just because I have football fever and I figured why not.
First called I listen to is "Paul I gotta be sentimental....my son died last month from a car rolling on top of him......Paul why do coaches allow kids to misbehave and then they abandon their players...Thanks Paul, I just want to put the word out use jack stands."
After that call I turned off F bomb for another 5 years

The old time listeners will remember Jim from Crestwood. My favorite all-timer. He doesn’t call the show since it left Bham. He famously always referred to Paul as a “parasite”. Mildred was a hoot as well. The newer callers try too hard.

Finebaum‘s been a backwoods Bama homer for years with all these inbred sister frickers calling in and now, some fricking how, he’s risen to some level of prominence, but still has some of the old trash ties.

I guess somehow he gets ratings. The SEC Network could be so much better. But this motherfricker takes up like whatever 4 hours at least time in the off-season I want to sit down on the couch and would love to watch something college football. If I wanted to listen to radio, I’d listen to radio. I don’t need to watch a fricking show of people doing radio. I fricking hate it. Make no mistake. It pisses me off to no end

Young children, old philistines and bama zealots revel and celebrate the Paul Finebaum snake pit. Their lunacy is the price we pay for being sports fans (particularly Auburn fans) in that we must tolerate their unstinted pleasures in a game that defines their self-worth and personal dignity. As football changes and morphs into a game unrecognizable today, I hope that their attention and energy will gradually turn to helping animal shelters, domestic abuse centers, drug rehab clients and other charities to make up for their past sins.

I used to listen in my car but haven’t in probably 8-10 years. At first it was interesting - like a train wreck is interesting - listening to the yahoos and wannabes argue and yell over each other. The occasional decent guest interview like a retired coach or player was worth listening to. I have never seen the televised version.
