Can a gump please admit that your '23 RB room is worse than your '22 room?

I saw ignorance being spewed by some On3 writer who said
quote:

While others are down on the Crimson Tide this fall, I think Alabama will have one of the best defenses in the nation, and its OL and RB rooms will be better than they were in 2022, too. There are valid concerns at receiver, but the flashing red light is the unknowns at quarterback

On3

And I'm wanting to know how the '23 room is going to be better than a room with a 1st round pick in Gibbs.

You currently have zero first round picks in that room and Cedric Baxter > Justice Haynes

It’s a deeper RB room with two healthier guys in Jase McClellan and Roydell Williams.

Jam Miller and Justice Haynes are going to be good backs as well.

You should recall McClellan. He’s still outrunning your defense. And now he’s more time removed from a knee injury.

Now tell us how your RB room differs after losing a fist round pick.

No one is actually a first round pick until they get drafted in the first round.

We have a good backfield. 4 guys who can contribute isn’t a bad thing.

When did the word "rooms" become such a hot word relative to position groups?

idk maybe it won't be better than last year, but I think that it will be. I have been BIG on Jamarion Miller since he got on campus. He has looked like a beast any time he has gotten playing time. And Justice Haynes looked like a sure-fire future NFL starter in the spring game.

I also think that McClellan and Williams will be even better this season, as they are now 2 years removed from serious leg injuries, and look like they've been putting in some serious off-season work.

I think Bijan Robinsone had 57 rushing yards vs Alabama last year.

I also think our best back will be better than that vs Texas.

And I'm wanting to know how the '23 room is going to be better

Bc the 2023 OL has three 1st round draft picks on it

5* RT JC Latham #1 OT from 2021 class
5* LG Tyler Booker #2 OT from 2022 class
5* LT Kayden Proctor #1 OT from 2023 class

Cedric Baxter > Justice Haynes

UT signed the #1 and # 30 ranked RB's last year

The King of CFB signed the #2 and #4 RB's last year

Justice Hayned and Richard Young > Baxter and Wisner

Yea, all those great backs Bama had in 22. Unstoppable stable there. Beasts I tell ya.

Can you admit you know nothing about what 23 will look like?

Because you don’t.
