LSU DL Maason Smith suspended for Week 1 game against Florida State.
Tough blow to LSU.

You obviously don't remember AJ Green missing 4 games when the NCAA was going after a Bama player down in Miami. Bama stonewalled NCAA, UGA didn't. As I recall not sure the Bama player got any punishment.

I have no idea what it could be. He does have a commercial on the local radio but I can't imagine that's illegal in the NIL landscape.
