Sound about right
Also remember LSU and UK playing what seemed regularly in the Les Miles days

Remember that we were permanents through the 02 season.

Yes you are correct, but LSU was moved to our permanent rival in the West. They allowed a lot of these other games to continue for the next decade as they phased them out. Bama played Vanderbilt every year for the next 11 years as well.

Both were permanent. Someone is young.

These were all permanent cross-division rivals. Of course these games were played the most since they occurred every year from 1992-2002.
In the 1992 expansion to 12 teams, each team played their 5 division opponents, 2 permanent opponents from the opposite division, and 1 rotating opponent from other division. This was changed in 2002 for the 5+1+2 model.
Tell me if you see a pattern:
Alabama - Tennessee, Vandy
Auburn - Florida, Georgia
Florida - Auburn, LSU
Georgia - Ole Miss, Auburn
LSU - Florida, Kentucky
Tennessee - Alabama, Arkansas

And the Tennessee went and cried to the league about how tough the Higs game was and made them drop it.
Was a good rivalry. Now,the Hogs own Tenner. So sad

Vols went 9-2 against Arky and had a 3 game streak going when y'all stopped playing annually. Dumbass.

From 1992-2002, all teams played two annual cross division opponents.
Auburn-Florida
Alabama-Vanderbilt
LSU-Kentucky
Arkansas-Tennessee
Ole Miss-Georgia
Miss St-S Carolina
These games were played every year which is why your stats show that.

Giving Bama Vanderbilt was just comical

I'm pretty sure all of these were annual opponents
These definitely were:

I miss the annual LSU-Kentucky game. Kentucky, for my money, was always a team that punched you in the face. You beat them, but they punched you in the face.

There weren't that many options when you do the math. Auburn-Florida was always going to happen, and we already played Tennessee. You can't switch UA/VU for OM/VU because they already play
I guess we could've changed between Kentucky/South Carolina/Vandy but those three were interchangeable in the 90s

LSU 9-7 since 1992. Not really that lopsided.

I can remember more than once that old Arky ruined our season lol
But that was back before you became a basketball school
Just kidding. I honestly have nothing against Arkansas would like to see you guys finally make the SEC championship 1 day.

Hogs are 6-13 vs Vols. The Vols have more all time wins, more Nattys, more conference championships, more all Americans, more draft picks. I could keep going, but I think you get the point.
Only thing the hogs are good at is beating their meat. In baseball you can say that, but not football sparky.
