I don't remember the Russell Shepard recruitment, but he chose LSU over Texas, USC, and a few others.

As a top-four program in Texas (along with TCU, Baylor and Texas Tech), the Longhorns are going to keep some recruits home. Not sure what you don’t get. Happy LSU pulled a top RB out of Texas today.
