A school's "tailgating scene or college town's environments" are NOT taken into consideration in this writer's rankings (writer is Mike Griffith).

Personally, I don't have much of a problem with the top 5 in general.

What say you? (plenty!) :) ................

1. Neyland Stadium (Tennessee)

2. Tiger Stadium (LSU)

3. Sanford Stadium (Georgia)

4. The Swamp (Florida)

5. Kyle Field (Texas A&M)

6. Jordan-Hare Stadium (Auburn)

7. Bryant-Denny Stadium (Alabama)

8. Razorback Stadium (Arkansas)

9. Williams-Brice Stadium (South Carolina)

10. Davis-Wade Stadium (Mississippi State)

11. Vaught-Hemingway (Ole Miss)

12. Kroger Field (Kentucky)

13. Faurot Field (Missouri)

14. Vanderbilt Stadium (Vandy)

1. Neyland Stadium (Tennessee)

How much did they pay for the top spot?

Has this writer ever been to Tiger Stadium?

I’d take vaught over Williams-Brice if “ambience” is a factor….

3 of the Top 5 have no business being there.

The AJC has been laying some absolute duds lately.

Unbiased opinion: SC has a much better home environment than UT.

And these pale in comparison to the Tigers coming down Victory Hill, followed by the band, then the four corners salute and those 4 notes. Especially when you couple it with an actual winning tradition and actual championships.

Nice list but we have stadiums in the B1G that seat nearly 110,000 and would blow the roof off if they had one.

Tiger stadium is number one by a lot. It’s not even close. You can try all you want, but lies are always lies. LSU Tiger Stadium is number 1!!!. Deep down you know it’s true. Everyone does.
