Unpopular opinion, but I like the move. I don't think Pollack was particularly informative, entertaining, or offered any unique perspective.

I liked Pollack’s takes from time to time, but I guess they realized they don’t need 12 people on college game day.

Maybe this is an age thing but I don't watch any of the pregame or GameDay stuff anymore. Just seems irrelevant to waste time listening to hot takes when better sources of information are instantly available.
Pat McAfee and SAS having big money deals seems fairly emblematic of why the ESPN model is not working overall. Short term nonsense generates temporary traffic but seems like it results in long term viewer fatigue.
