Mizzou alum. Friend of Max Scherzer (Mizzou fan and alum). Scherzer offered big money to hire Vitello last time around but the chode AD at the time went elsewhere.
Voltello finna be Mizztello

Why would you want a coach who can’t even host a regional..?

You have the wrong SEC coach.........if you are hypothetically mentioning another SEC coach.

Listen Tony, we know Mizzou holds a special place in your heart as an alumni What do you say?!
TV: I’m open, what will you pay?
MIZ: listen. We’ve spoken to boosters and we are going to double our commitment to baseball coaching salaries! So now you’ll only need to take a 40% pay cut to come home! But before you decide we just set our attendance record for the year! That’s right, we had almost half as many fans as Tennessee did this season, AND we have no plans to relocate our stadium even though we built it on the windiest hill in the state! What do you say?!

That boat has done sailed. Vitello doesn’t even take the call. Vitello makes over $1.5 million a year, $900K a year for assistants, and promised $100 million in renovations. He not going to a place like Missouri. Wishful thinking. Missouri can’t afford him. Oh I forgot to add that he also has the #1 recruiting class for next year and #2 recruiting class for 25 currently. Chomo is not a destination place. In fact Chomo is a downgrade from Knoxville.

The last two seasons should indicate that he's vastly over paid already.

I quit drugs many, many years ago. However, I will come off the wagon just to try some of whatever you're having.
By the way, just a bit off topic. Did Michael Sam drink Bud Light when he was there?

We heard this same song and dance last time. Then Missouri didn't have the firepower to even touch him and y'all hired a shite no name who proceeded to suck
Id speculate another shite no name is hired and y'all continue to suck

Nobody good is touching that job. Their ballpark looks like it'd host a Babe Ruth State Tournament

That Missouri baseball job is the equilvent to the Indiana Football job.

Why? Mizzou can’t compensate him better, provide a better standard of living, fit him better culturally. The Vols have already committed millions in upgrades to facilities to his specifications.
And the fact he is an Alumni is likely a negative, he already knows it’s woke liberal dumpster fire that even woke liberals that can afford to avoid.
