This time tomorrow, that's where they'll be.

Ar-kansas?
That is what a yankee would say.

Sick burn, especially considering we aren't going to go balls to the wall to win it.

I’m not concerned one way or another, it’ll be a good practice game against a good team.

I hope we lose the next two. SEC tourney means as much as a box full of cow manure.
Get home and get rested.

Arkansas is a helluva ball team! I wouldn’t put you cart before the horse

We won it a couple of years ago and lost one of our best hitters to injury in the process and went on to miss Omaha. Screw it.

I'd love to win the tournament, but I don't want to stretch anyone further than what they would do in a midweek game. I'd like to keep everyone in their routine. Let Skenes and Floyd throw about 80 pitches over the next 2 days.
If we lose in double elimination, I essentially want to forfeit the next game. Don't want to try and stretch guys out from the losers bracket.

Agree, Ark is the regular season champs. Some of our fans talk out their asses.

Agreed. We'll do the same with Hagan Smith and Hollan.
Us getting a 3rd game in this SECT is big because Tygart has been progressively getting more pitches coming off of his injury. Hope to get him 55 to 60 pitches Friday and elevate through regional and supers.

It’s y’all’s ace vs our ace , I think both teams are trying. It’s a championship, you should always try to win it. The only way pitching for the regional is effected is if you make it to Sunday and try to throw the same pitchers on short rest in the regional

Today was def big for us also . If Hurd can get us a win in first game against a 4th seed in regional it would be huge. Kid has looked a lot better recently.
