What kind ethnic food is your favorite?

I know, food board. More of a poll. I started thinking about it the other day. I eat lunch out most days, and dinner a few times per week too. I don't eat breakfast.
I get a lot of Vietnamese Pho, and TexMex.
I went through a pretty hardcore Thai phase a year ago.
I barely eat American anymore. WBU?

Indian curries, thai dishes like laab and their curries, Ethiopian with injera bread, Japanese sushi, ramen, and curries.

I've never had Ethiopian. I've never understood the appeal of Indian curries. It all just strikes me as goulash.
I could eat a good solid pho every day of the week and twice on Sundays.

I don't get the goulash idea. It's normally just a curry with one protein and maybe 1-2 vegetables. A goulash to me is like a stew. Curry has a very distinct taste and you'll know it when you try them, there are hundreds of varieties.
Ethiopian has some good chicken dishes and with the bread injera its very good. The bread is phenomenal, you should definitely try it.

Anything Indian
Randomly had a handful of super authentic places open around my house a few years back, and it's some grade A food.
Eventually became such a consistent customer that they started throwing 2 massive pans of rice, free of charge, onto every order I came to pick up. Became my go to meal prepping rice

I eat pretty much anything, and really don't have a "favorite" per se.
First things to mind are a masala dosa with chutney, pad thai, lo mein, sushi, pho — so I guess I would say Asian?
Now I'm thinking about a really good hot pot with basil pork and eggplant. And craving bubble tea.
Dammit.

Yep! Me too.. Vietnamese and Thai are my favorite, but a good Pho soup... yessir!
