Miller saw a murder happen and didn't care to report it

He just went on back to his home and went to bed like nothing happened. What an awesome guy. How would you feel if that was your daughter murdered and this "witness" didn't want to turn in the killers immediately after it happened? He cared more about having respect from his boys than a child that lost his mother.
Have we found out how Miles and Davis left the scene yet?
What role did Jaden Quinerly play in this? They found the gun in his bedroom apartment. His alibi is he was out of town. The game against LSU was at 3 PM. He probably got out of the arena around 6 or 6:30 PM. Where does a guy from Jersey City go to get out of town when over half of the weekend is already over?
Which basketball players does Quinerly live with? What were their roles?

He actually left the scene when some thug shot two rounds into his vehicle, but let's not allow facts to play into your, what, 4 day melt.
Why don't you do us all a favor and quit your crying until the video surveillance tapes are released.
At least then we'll have an accurate representation of what truly occurred.

No, they did not.

1) - At the very least we know he was at the scene of a shooting - because of the bullet holes in his windshield.
2) - After which he fled the scene after seeing he had just delivered the weapon - even if he didn't know the gun was there before hand.
3) - And we also know he failed to notify the appropriate people that something bad had happened - after becoming painfully aware he was at least a minimal unknowing participant.

Your continuous defense of capitol murder has been very wild to witness. Will be hilarious to see you pick at any transgressions related to other programs in the future

Threads like these are how you know reality is setting in that Miller isn't culpable in any way.
According to his attorney, he didn't see the shooting start, but this moron OP wants us to believe he saw the murder. Like he wasn't doing something else when the shooting started...like trying not to get shot.

The facts are those 2 rounds went into his vehicle after Miles gave Davis the gun and Davis was spraying bullets at the jeep and the person in the jeep returned fire towards Miller's car.

No one is defending the murder. The only people lying about this whole thing are the people trying to twist everything to do with Miller into culpability.

Would you sit idly while bullets were whizzing past your head?
You don't think the entire street got cleared once the shooting started?

Certainly he reported this to the police, right?
Someone shooting at my car isnt a normal experience Id just shrug off, like say, a rock hitting my windshield.

This isn't about being charged with a crime, dumb arse. This is about his role on the team after knowing what happened and not caring enough to report it.

No, they did not.
They 100% did but Quinerly was out of town and not involved.

What?

Two people are deservedly sitting in jail awaiting trial for this murder.
I hope they get the death penalty.
You need to work on your reading comprehension skills, buddy.

I would file a police report to get my car fixed is what I would do.

Allegedly.
We don't actually know who fired first. Hence the statement of waiting until the video surveillance footage is released.
