to murder…he is damn lucky he is playing in Alabama with their gun laws, because if it was any other state, he would be in jail.

Also, if he is not suspended, the media will circle the waters on Oats and the University Administration.

Bama’s PR department maybe controlling their local press at the moment…but that all changes the start of the SEC Tournament and NCAAs when there is all access for Oats and Miller. It’s going to get ugly soon.

Trust me my Bama troll, it’s going to get ugly. The press will circle the waters soon. It’s going to be bad publicity.

probably not because sankey will control the press at the tournament. it's not often that an SEC team has a shot at making the final four.

if he's not charged,he's not charged. What blows my mind is how the vast majority of Alabama fans here and on call in-shows (along with the hosts) don't thinmk Miller did anything wrong, period. Look how many people here are saying "he just returned personal property"

Shocking.

Nope, open door policy at the tournament. Press has access to players and coaches.

Kentucky has some of the most lax gun laws in the country, baw. We enjoy our 2nd Amendment here.

That said, I'm not bringing my dumbass friend a gun at 1:30 in the morning because my other dumbass teammate tried to holler at girl and pissed when he got shot down.

This literally happened because it was made known that girl had a boyfriend and didn't want Davis' advances. What kind of piece of shite defends that?

He just thought that Miles wanted the gun to show it to a fan and to show support for Second Amendment rights. All very noble.

Let's be totally honest here.

He would have been charged in Alabama if he wasn't playing basketball for a highly ranked Bama team.

I am not referring to the incident, only your reference to gun laws.

You think Sankey will side with the killers on this?

I bet Sankey didnt know about this shite until we all did, and I bet he's pissed.

Arkansas on all cylinders is the better chance to make Final Four anyway, as you'll see Saturday.

Play the mama killer, IDGAF.

I’m only just learning about this, but it seems like the player is getting preferential treatment. No civilized society would not charge someone who brought another person’s gun to an incident in which that gun was used in a murder. Intent or not, that should be a crime.

Under AL law if you texted me to bring you your gun and I did it, and then you turned around and murdered someone, I can be charged as an accessory.

So no, it’s not AL law….this is because Miller is a star basketball player and Bama tried to sweep it all under the rug.
