Yea but good thing about this year we have like 4 other power hitters just chilling on bench I mean the SEC leader in hits and RBI’s is on the bench and not because of injury

A lot of the national media had kind of penciled him as a weekend starter but most around the program figured he'd be the closer.
A good pitcher and big loss either way though.

Seriously. He wasn’t on y’all’s team last year so I tend to not keep up with players outside the SEC. I just turned y’all’s game on. I am excited about watching the “1 team in the country” on ESPN+. Im sure glad the Vawls are nationally televised on regular cable tonight. Don’t understand how the #2 team can get the first game on TV over the #1 team that’s currently playing on a streaming channel.
