Has Brian Kelly or LSU ever developed a QB who started and won a Super Bowl?

Must suck to have your best QBs only reach their pinnacles of success against teenage future accountants and PE teachers, only to shite their pants on the biggest stages. No wonder a family of QB prodigies from New Orleans would rather play just about anywhere else.

Don't speak ill of my guy Danny Etling

Also surely a multi-time Super Bowl champ and MVP won big in college right?

Not sure what you mean by "desperation," or how the OP has anything to do with Alabama.

But since you brought it up, Alabama has had three QBs win four Super Bowls — Bart Starr (2), Joe Namath, and Ken Stabler.

Not sure where it currently stands, but a few years ago that was tied for the most Super Bowl winning QBs from any program.

David Woodley started a superbowl and lost. Rohan Davey won multiple Superbowls as Brady’s backup. So I guess if you combine the two we have!

He's no Jimbo, but good year by Kelly standards.
