Most Surprising/Storyline that stands out to you
For me, 1)Bama 5-0, Aggies at 4-0 and Georgia at 3-1
Bama at 5-0 and beating lsu by 40
Texas AM at 4-0
Georgia 3-1
Kentucky 2-3
Arkansas 1-4
Ole Miss 0-5

A&M, Arkansas and Georgia are the surprises.

A&M was a preseason top 25 team, and have played the bottom feeders thus far.
arkansas being 1-4 is crazy to me. completely different team outside of bud walton

we are also a very different team without our two best outside shooters
after seeing how bad everyone else is shooting, I'm not surprised with our start.

Pretty solid?
That win was the biggest win in program history. Beating Auburn. A Blue blood basketball school is an accomplishment in any year.
They are scratching designs of the upcoming statue of Mike White as we speak.

I dont consider Florida and Missouri to be bottom feeders but you are right that we were expected to be really good this year and had an awful non-conference. I think the poor non-conference was more surprising than us winning the first 4.

UGA will still finish 10-14 in the SEC. Still a whole lot of games to be played. Have they improved, yes? Are they an NIT team? Toss up

Yeah, what the hell happened in non conference play? Was it injuries or did the team need some runtime together to sort it out?

It’s really a two-team league this year, conference is down. After the Arky injuries, I don’t see anyone else capable of making any kind of tournament run but Bama and TN.

Literally any of the 300+ programs in America would gladly accept "improved" prior to the season if offered. What program would wish to show zero improvement or even regression?
Saying "well they'll still probably not make the nit" as an insult just shows pettiness on your part.

Just doubted Alabama being the best team
