This was the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP GAME!!!! It is not like they were playing a DIII team and going for it on 4th in the second half and all. if you make the championship it is on you to stop the opponent or go home. how about you don't go for fourth down inside your own 20 when down 8 scores in the second half. That coaching is asking for more points to be scored on you.

His team busted arse all season to earn a trip to LA on college footballs biggest stage. You tell those kids to take it easy after they get there and are matched up with a joke of an opponent and the nation watching.

If Sankey, ESPN, and the SEC had their way then it would have been an all-SEC playoff. It should have been Ohio State vs TCU and Georgia vs Michigan in the semis and Ohio State meeting Georgia in the finals.

shite. UGA runs 2 deep for 7 spots on defense (was more before injuries) and 2 deep for 6 spots on offense.
We basically had 3rd and 4th stringers in the 4th quarter at the majority of positions to go along with 2nd stringers at C, QB, RG, FS, and both CB spots.

What BS. After seeing teams come back from large deficits to win games, running up the score is no longer considered offensive (pun intended) in my opinion.

TCU should have been 4 and that beat down happens in the semi-finals and maybe we get a better title game, but the committee wanted a possible rivalry national title game and this is what we/they got

Kirby’s not known for class. Reference his going for two against LSU in the SEC Championship just so he could hang 50 or listen to the audio leaks of his last two potty mouth pregame speeches where every other word is a profanity and he sounds like a trash talking 13 year old. Even Coach O in his prime had a better vocabulary.

I remember Kirby pulling that and is a good example of what I am talking about. All his apologists on here want to overlook the obvious.
