They were told to move more than once. There are warning signs everywhere. If you’re stupid enough to get in front of a cannon that’s about to go off despite being warned multiple times not to, then I don’t know what to say.
The recorders of the video and the comments that were made in the video were tasteless and not representative of our fan base as a whole.

They were not fired upon. The angle of the canon was not directed at them. They were in the way of the smoke that ensued.
Also, if you look closely, you’ll see there are a couple of Aggies even closer, so apparently, they were not in harms way.
And again, if someone warns you not to step in front of a moving train, but you do so regardless, then that’s on you for being stupid.
And if you disregard tradition of the home team and not follow the rules due to your selfishness, than that makes YOU trashy.

Interesting how the “video’er” knew exactly when the cannon would go off… like it does at the same place at the same time at every game.
