I see the athletic speed and strength.

He needs someone to break it down and build it back.

Eliminate the turnovers and negative plays and we could compete in these last 2 games.

I like Ashford as an athlete. But I will be absolutely shocked and frankly disappointed if he starts a game at QB for Auburn after this season

He needs a few thousand reps in practice honestly and drilling the playbook. At the end of the day accuracy is also hard to teach is my understanding so I'm not sure he ever turns the corner from that perspective. He's a gifted raw athlete which is enough in high school. The game is way too fast for him now.

He was probably running cards in the spring and preseason, meaning he was on scout team.

Today the guy literally did a 2 foot pitch to the RB instead of a handoff haha... you know Tank had to be going "wtf did this kid just do..."

For real, that’s something you learn in peewee or middle school. He needs to improve his mental strength especially under pressure. I do think a coach like Coach Lac has been a big help to him vs Harsin. Who knows, maybe he will really mature over the off season

His mechanics are absolutely horrible. And he does not seem to be a guy who learns from his mistakes. Also, he does not have the head to be a leader of the office. He's just too emotional. That is not going to be something that will change. It is just his personality.

I don't see Robbie being an effective quarterback at this level.

He can mature down the road as a WR.

He’s a great athlete, just not sure qb is his best fit.

Bulk him up and make him a RB.

Kiffin turned Plumlee into a blocking WR and even Plumlee was a better QB than Ashford

He has zero talent for the position. You cant break down what isnt there. Its already broken

just keep the ball out of Robbie's hands and we have a shot.

Last week on the radio, the eternal optimist, Stan White, kept saying "he will get that as he matures" after mentioning that he missed wide open receivers.

Everyone agrees he is a great athlete, but not being able to find wide open receivers, or get the pass to them is pretty fundamental to being a qb.

Put him in a different postion to give him an opportunity to excel, dont have him sit on the bench next year.
