A combination of Knees Over Toes dense workouts and moving to the McMillan 80/20 running plan has me down 10 lbs and running great. I have a 5K coming up. Interested to see how that goes.

I’m averaging about 24-29 miles per week run/jog and 2-3 weight sessions. Trying to keep a weight balance at ~200 while trimming the mid section. Calorie intake is a trick

Playing and hosting Randoloph in the 2nd round of the play-offs Friday night. If we win we are in the Alabama 4A quarterfinals.

Same here. The 80/20 has taken some adjustments on my end. Not used to the majority of my mileage to be at that slow of a pace. 140 HR for me can be between 930-11min/mile pace. Of course, there is some speed work in there.... intervals, tempos, hill repeats, etc.

2-3 weight sessions

Knees Over Toes is 5 days a week. Mainly focused on core, hips, and legs.

Cut the calories down to around 1500/day. I only have a couple more pounds to go to my target weight. Trying to get ready for Mercedes Half Marathon.

Sup Luke. Your place there looks awesome, kick arse and fairly quiet and boring.

That picture reminds me of a Montgomery hotel lobby that we stayed in whenever we went to state to play at the Riverwalk. But this is way nicer.
