Most underwhelming players this season

Not a flame post or meant to discredit any of our players but I would just like to see what players have not lived up to the standards you expected this year.
For me it is Cam Latu, he has been subpar as a blocker and receiver this year. I expected him to take the step toward being a threat at the TE position but he turned out to be a liability.

Have any not underwhelmed? Even Bryce doesn't look like the '21 version...but that probably has more to do with the lack of receivers that can get any separation, plus I don't think he's 100% on the shoulder no matter what they say.

Actually Latu has looked decent in this badly schemed offense that Billy O'Brien runs.
He has his faults like BLOCKING and CATCHING (at times) but he was defensive end who cross trained for a while but he hasn't been as bad as folks make him out to be.

Koolaid has honestly been one of the brightest spots. He's literally one of the best corners in the country.

I’m not saying he isn’t talented. Perhaps it’s the coaching, but we never see DBs look for the ball now. How many PI calls have we had where the ball wasn’t even catchable?

I love Saban but I've wondered for a long time now if he's teaching a DB techniques that are just outdated. I don't know anything about coaching but just from general observation I can tell something hasn't been right with our DBs for a long time. Offensive geniuses get passed by eventually if they don't tweak their system. Wonder if Saban is teaching a technique that is outdated.

Of course multiple players could fit your description, but for me it is Burton. We looked to the transfer portal for a #1 WR. He has not been that. Can't say anything about Harrell due to injury.

To me, I expected so much from DJ Dale throughout his career and just haven't seen it. I know he's battled injuries and the like. Maybe I just expected too much!
