Besides Bama, rest of the year is quite manageable.
Not that it matters in the grand scheme of things but still….
- aTm is almost as bad as Auburn offensively.
- Arky is bi polar
- Miss St has a huge home field advantage but has serious flaws

MSU is the real bipolar team, typical of their HC. Could be a shootout like last year but again I don’t think we have the weapons.
TAMU is probably the only winnable game we have left besides WKU, and since Jimbo is being forced to play the most talented QB on their roster now they probably have the edge.
5-7 is probably our ceiling. 3-9 is unlikely but still in play.

At this point I am not sure that Auburn can beat Western Kentucky.

Robbie Ashford is not worse than Jeremy Johnson. He’s going through a lot freshman issues sure, but to this point I don’t see anything indicating that he’s legally blind.

Chill out - Robby hasn’t thrown the ball backwards yet has he?
If we could combine JJ’s attitude with Robby’s abilities, we might actually end up with a decent qb

Hasn’t thrown it backwards yet but fumbles like 3 times a game luckily we recover most and is almost certain to throw 2 INTs per game.
We are -11 on turnover margin on the season

The schedule this year is part of the frustration for me. It was as manageable as any we've had in recent memory.

He only puts the ball on the ground more.

I’d put our odds of winning those games right at 40%.

Can we win? It is possible. It's highly unlikely to win. It's more likely to go winless.

Id like everyone who was so adamant about Harsin being the guy. Bringing in his type of players. Weeding out the bad players Gus had. Changing the culture. Add any of yours in as you will to just look at this and think about it for a while
Two years ago, the team was a top 15 team as far as talent. Yes we were low at offensive line but across the board, we had talent. And now, just two short seasons later, this is where the mighty Tigers are

Fun times..

If we don't stop the run Arky will pound us into submission, that's the game that could get UGLY besides Alabama.

To be fair, I was amongst those who were tired of Gustav’s apparent stubborn complacency, for which we were paying top dollar. He had accomplished great things in his 10+ seasons as OC and HC, but it seemed obvious that the game had passed him by, and it appeared that he was coasting on past glories. I was surprised when he got the axe in a pandemic season, but I assumed there was a plan in place for an upgrade.
In retrospect, it’s clear the plan failed. I still believe Duckman was our Plan A and Napier was Plan B. I think Steele was floated as Plan C, but that met with violent disapproval. And there was no Plan D, so Greene went out on his own and hired Harsin.
I wasn’t exactly “adamant” but I thought he was a solid, out-of-the-box hire with a high upside if it worked. As I’ve said before, I believed his whole schtick, and thought it was just what we needed as a program.
I will freely admit I was wrong. The question now is, where do we go from here?
The one upside is that the smoke from our ongoing dumpster fire is largely overlooked amidst the exploding landfill that is TAMU right now. So at least there’s that.
