They must have a pretty damn salty secondary if a two time all American and former defensive player of the year can't get on the field. If he isn't injured, he's either in someone's doghouse, or he can't follow team rules.

No, he cannot play elsewhere this season.

Well he was an FCS all-american, not quite the same. His PFF grades this year are pretty average. Still would be better than Blair.
